空运出口业务范围
According to the client's entrustment, air export transportation should handle all businesses before and after the export of goods; review various lists and approvals provided by the client; prepare all kinds of documents; book space and apply to customs;take care of certificate of origin, insurance policy and commodity inspection certificate; book flights, domestic transport, pack, issue awbs, settle freight and miscellaneous charges, send domestic and foreign documents as soon as possible; handle import declaration, tax payment in foreign countries, transshipment and delivery; handling agency business abroad.
空运出口根据客户的委托，办理货物出口前后的一切业务；审核客户提供的各类清单和批件；缮制各类单证；订舱、报关；办理产地证、保险单和商检证；预定航班、国内运输、打包装、签发提单、运杂费结算，快邮国内、外单证；办理在国外的进口报关、纳税、转运、送货；办理在国外的代理业务。
■ 空运出口操作流程 Air export operation process
Documents should include: commercial invoice, packing list,booking form,draft declaration form,export licence,commodity inspection certificate,Incoming / incoming processing verification book, claim / repair agreement, payment guarantee, customs seal.
单证应包括：发票、装箱单、托运书、报关单草单、许可证、商检证、进料/来料加工核销本、索赔/返修协议、到付保函、关封。
When we receive the booking from the shipper,we`ll apply to book with the airlines' tonnage control department.At the same time, we`ll provide corresponding information: name of goods, number of pieces, weight, volume, destination, required date of shipment, etc. The airlines arrange the class and flight according to the actual situation. When booking, the freight forwarder can choose the best route and carrier according to the shipper's requirements, and strive for the lowest and most reasonable freight rate for the shipper.
接到发货人的发货委托后，向航空公司吨控部门申请订舱，同时提供相应的信息：货物的名称、件数、重量、体积、目的地、要求出运的日期等。航空公司根据实际情况安排舱位和航班。货运代理订舱时，可依照发货人的要求选择******的航线和承运人，同时为发货人争取最低、最合理的运价。单证应包括：发票、装箱单、托运书、报关单草单、许可证、商检证、进料/来料加工核销本、索赔/返修协议、到付保函、关封。

( 2 ) On site pick-up by freight forwarder: the consignor should provide the freight forwarder with specific picking up address, contact person, telephone No., time and other relevant information to ensure the timely warehousing of goods
货运代理上门取货：发货人需向货运代理提供具体提货地址、联系人、电话、时间等相关信息，以确保货物及时入仓。
After getting the full set of customs declaration documents, the freight forwarder shall declare to customs on behalf of the consignor; after the customs final check, the customs officer shall stamp the release seal on the original air waybill for shipment.
报关单证齐全后，由货运代理人代理发货人向海关申报；海关审核无误后，海关官员即在用于发运的运单正本上加盖放行章。
